welcome to the state of well being. i have not smoked since sunday afternoon. half of one cigarette. a pussy ultra light. and if im going to smoke, i want a real cigarette. but the point here, is that i do not want to smoke. therefore, i have put the wheels in motion, and have been fine.

no cravings. not even after i eat. i am going out drinking tonight, so there might be a few urges...we shall see.
