when i walked into Chipotle this afternoon to get some lunch, as i was standing there waiting for my turn to place my order, a guy came up to me and said "I hope your boyfriend realizes just how lucky he is! youre absolutely gorgeous....dont ever change a thing.."

and he walked out.

it just, well, how can that NOT make a girl smile?!

and like THAT was anything important, the following IS!

there was one envelope in the mailbox today....when i pulled it out, i noticed there was a see-thru square on the front of the envelope, and it had a small thumbnail sized image of a photo i took.

it was from picture.com .... apparently, a photo i submitted a few months ago, is going to be published in their next publication, which is a hardback coffee table book. there is also a grand prize, first prize, and second prize...im not sure when that will be determined, however.

but MY PHOTO WILL BE IN THE NEXT EDITION!

the name of the book is : "A Journey into the Imaginiation" put out by the Library of Photography.

ps: this damn book costs 89.95! in the letter, they say i can get it for 20 dollars off --- hmm, tempting..but i dunno if i feel like paying 70 dollars just to see one of my photos in a book?
