its no good to feel pissed off and angry - to the point where youd almost quit your day job just to put someone in a head lock and kick the shit out of them, while giving them a noogy.

therapeutic? sure.

sane? nope.

and when you find yourself listening to things like Le Tigre, Ani DiFranco, even 'You Oughta Know' by Alanis (god!), thats when you know you had better play it safe.
